Oakley & Irving Wealth Management, LLC.

The increased volatility of these markets reinforce the need for a systematic investment approach.

We follow a disciplined four step process. Briefly it is:

  1. We create diversified portfolios based on each investor's investment goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.
  2. We use a watch list to monitor an eclectic group of non-proprietary investment vehicles. The list represents what believe are the best investment choices for the dozens of asset classes we work with.
  3. We utilize multiple quantitative analysis tools to improve our buy/sell decision-making process.
  4. We also use technical analysis to monitor trends in the market as a whole and different sectors within the market to identify potential entry and exit points for different investments.

No strategy assures success or guarantees against loss.

Looming Retirement Income Crisis

Surprisingly, only 31% of a representative sampling of American workers said that they had calculated how much money they would need to save by the time they retired so they (and their spouse) could live comfortably in retirement, as reported in the EBRI and Greenwald & Associates, 2018 Retirement Confidence Survey.  Recent studies have shown many spent more time planning a vacation than they have spent planning their retirement.

People retiring today need to plan more carefully than previous generations simply because they are likely to live longer.

That is where we come in.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ Professional, Aaron Irving is able to assist our clients in planning for many different goals and scenarios.

our Commitment To You

We put the needs of our clients first and will protect our relationship with confidentiality.

We can't promise clients they will always make money. There are too many things beyond our control. We can't control the stock market. It goes up and down no matter what we do.

With that in mind, we work with our clients to create a plan to pursue their long term goals. We build relationships on trust. It is important they understand we value that trust.

Aaron spent 20 years working for Walmart, most recently as the Store Manager of the Carlsbad store prior to joining Dave Oakley and becoming a financial advisor in 2013, and a Partner in the firm in 2014 when it was renamed Oakley & Irving Wealth Management, LLC.
